Hi I'm from Mexico, married to an EU citizen. She got a job in Sweden but with a German contract.

1. Can she apply for permanent residence in Sweden? Therefore, getting benefits like maternity and health insurance?

2. Can I as the husband also apply for residence there? Should her company help during the process?

I’m Canadian and I would like to know if it’s possible to arrive in Chile as a tourist Visa (90 days) and apply directly in Chile for a work Visa ( 2 years ) or a working holiday Visa ( 1 year ) . 

I have a notarized contract in my hand from a Chilean employer. 

I mean do we absolutely need to be in our country of origin to apply for it ?

we are migrating to Canada from India. We are a bit confused in which grade of elementary school will our kids be attending.

Our elder one is born on May 27th, 2010 and currently in India is attending Grade 4

The younger is born on Jan 23, 2014 and currently in India is attending Grade 1.

Can anyone help in suggesting which grades which both will be admitted as in Canada education is from September-August and in India is April-March.

I'm planning to move to the UK in December. I was diagnosed I think it was last year for ADD and recently started medication. I'm taking adderall, which I'm told isn't something the NHS will even prescribe, but to have something working for me for months and suddenly have that taken away would really suck, especially when I'm in the midst of this huge life change and lots to get done, not to mention potentially dealing with a lot of emotions. (Medication can also help with emotional regulation.)

Does anyone have any experience sending their children to a Waldorf School in Germany? We are Americans possibly relocating to Germany and our daughter who is 7 currently attends a Waldorf School in the US.
