My wife and I are looking to relocate to Spain in the very near future. Although Mallorca is our preferred destination, we are open to living on the mainland (along the east coast). Would be great to get some advice, tips, buying an apartment v house, pluses and minuses of living in this beautiful country. Hope to hear from some expats. Cheers.

Hello, having owned property on main land Spain for 20 years and relocated 5 years ago from the UK ( London) For me there are more pluses than minuses. Food, quality of life, people, safety. + - cost of living is expensive compared to the UK, but you can make adjustments, just need to know how. 3 years ago I set up my propertyfinder business, working directly for buyers. My advice would be try before you buy..... Plenty of properties to chose from, which will help you making an informed decision. For more tips, please take a look at the blogs on www.locationmoves.com.
