I am a Diploma holder in Mechanical engineering ( 3 years regular )with 27 years experience. Am I eligible for Engineer visa at Saudi, also can I be able to change my profession with that Diploma certificate as an engineer. Detailed reply will be helpful for me to carryout further actions please

No u are not eligible unless u obtain a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
