Hi All, We are planning to move to Bengaluru from Silicon Valley, USA. We have 2 kids 7 1/2 and 3 1/2. Requesting for recommendations for schools and general insights so that the move is easy school wise. Our daughter has just started grade 2 and the curriculum is pretty simple here. Any tips/advice would be much appreciated. Best, Priya

Hi Priya

International schools are good options for expat families, especially if the move isn't permanent. The transition between American schools and an international school will generally be quite smooth. How long are you planning on staying in Bengaluru?

Here is a list of recommended international schools in Bengaluru. The most common curricula are the IGCSE and the International Baccalaureate, which are both highly regarded.

Have a read of our page on education and schools in Bengaluru for some more advice and ideas.

Hope this helps!
