We are coming out at half term to look at schools; we have three daughters aged 5,3 and 18 months. All the schools are over subscribed and the older two are on waiting lists at british school, aba, royal flight and tlc.
There are places at gulf international and muscat international so it's likely we will have to accept one of these places. Tlc may have spaces but I've read some bad reviews.
Can anyone comment on Mis or gulf international please? We had hoped to live at the wave but this seems far out from these schools. We liked the look of dolphin village but again this is full but hoping we might be lucky, otherwise will be looking in MSQ.
We have to accept the job once we return so really hoping we will find a place at a nice school. Any tips and advice would be fab, major life changing decision and need to know we are doing the right thing Thanks for any advice

While I can't give any specific advice on schools, I have posted your question on our Facebook page and Twitter (@ExpatArrivals), so hopefully we can get some on the ground insight.
While you've clearly done some research already, have a look at our Education and Schools in Oman page which might spark an idea or two.
