Hi Ebrahim,

Where are you from ? What are you looking to teach in Dubai?

If you are looking at working at an International school in Dubai, you should contact the HR department at the relavent school and see if they have any vacancies. There are lots of international schools in Dubai and check out the International schools in Dubai page to get contact details for the main ones.

Assuming you are a foreigner, you will need a residency visa and a work permit to take up any job offers in the UAE. In most cases, your employer will take care of this process but you can read more about in on the Work Permits for Dubai page.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
