Hi all, I just signed an invitation letter for a job in Qatar. I sent passport and job letter signed back to the employer. What's next? How long and what I need to wait for before moving to the country? Thank you.

Hi Amas

It would be best to check with your new employers. I can, however, tell you that the business hiring the expat usually (or at least often) takes responsibility for their employee's paperwork. I'd recommend having a look at our Visas for Qatar and Work permits for Qatar articles to get an idea of the process that will be coming next.

Best of luck, and congratulations on your new job.
