Hi Jackendan

Depending on where you are from, whether it's an EU country or not, the visa regulations for Ireland page is a good place to start.

I would recommend looking at our Accommodation in Ireland page for information about the types of property and lease agreements that exist in Ireland.

From then, contacting a real estate agent can be helpful, and/or try looking online for options.

Best of luck with your plans,

Alex
