Is it true that there are incentives for young families to move to rural Australia?

Hi, my name´s Sofia, me and my husband are a young couple with a small child and we were told by a friend that in Australia they want young couples with children to live in rural areas. We dream to move to Australia for so long and I would like to know if this is true and how it works.

Rajiv, I read this in the website you gave me: "have been nominated by an approved Australian employer for a job in regional Australia " We were not nominated...this is problem, right?
