Motor insurance claim in KSA

Hi All, I had an accident in one of the busiest street in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The traffic police immediately comes and tells me to come tomorow to the nearest police station. As it was my first experiance and due to certain job conditions I made necessary repairs in my car just after receiving permission letter- (wargah islah) from police. Now insurance company requested pics of the damage to the car - (which was not taken before repairs), Please advise me what would be the solution as I heared from different sources that the insurance will not pay me a single riyal If i unable to produce photographs. Thanks!
