I have a companion animal and my husband and I are planning to move to Fiji since much of his work is out in the Pacific. We are wondering about the process of bringing a pet? Specifically a large dog (80-100lbs) with all shots up to date and is NOT a blacklisted breed.

Hi AlexL, We are coming from the U.S. and I see that our dog would undergo 30 days minimum of quarantine since we are not coming from New Zealand or Australia. That website helped immensely, thank you!

Hi girlyndnpunk

Please see this website for information about bringing your dog to Fiji.

Where are you coming from? This is an important aspect of importing your pet, as you will see that dogs and cats may be imported only from New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Kind regards,

Alex
