Hi ExpatArrivals community,
I was wondering what the local name in London for an apartment building manager is? The kind that lives onsite and rents apartments, shows vacancies, collects rents, etc.

Unlike in many other countries, the vast majority of UK apartment buildings do not have these. The owner of an apartment has to arrange viewings, rent etc themselves. Most will use a firm of estate agents to advertise the apartment, some use them to manage the apartment also (some do it themselves). A very small number of apartment buildings are 'serviced' and do have a 'concierge' but this is probably less than 1% of them.
