Location of Job offer :Lufwanyama, Copperbelt, Zambia

I am planning to move Luwanyama, Copperbelt to get a new International assignment in Zambia. How this location is ? I am getting a oppututnity to manage the agriculture equiments jobs. I am working here for more than 13 years with very reputed two companies in my country. Hcompleted my Mechanical engg and Automobile diploma.
I have few questions.

1.How safe is this place for Individual and family (with my wife and my 3 years old son)
2.How much money required to stay for Individual to stay in this location ( for individual) per day or per month
3.How much salary I can expect ( If I am getting currently 1400 USD in my country per month)
You can say some range (average) +-250 Dollar is ok.
4.How is the people and living enviorment over there ?

Regards
