They Offer you jobs with a huge amount of salary to be paid to you and they will ask you to pay for your visa processing fee, medical fee, police clearance fee e.t.c. Also, they have confessed to loan scams,money transfer and the Lottery scam and have been demanding money from innocent people for purported claims of the said money. They operated with a fake Bank and courier and a lot of people have fallen victims to them in the past years. Few were arrested 2 months ago and few was also arrest last week when they attempted to defraud an American citizen of $2.6m USD by the FBI/ British Intelligence Unit / Dubai National Central Bureau of Interpol and the Interpol working together to break the scam ring. Our Investigation revealed that you paid out some money to these individuals over a period of time. We are happy to inform you that you can now claim back your money as well as your compensation. We have already initiated proceedings on your behalf with the West African / Governments and member states / United Arab Emirates law enforcement agency to ensure that as a genuine scam victim, you will not only recover your lost money but also you will be compensated for the financial and emotional stress you and your family went through because of the scam. I think the first thing to confirm is - did you recently pay any money in relation to a foreign job contract or application process?
This letter does seem a bit odd and is asking for a number of personal details, which you should never reveal to anyone but a trusted source.
The spelling and grammar used in the letter is very bad which immediately makes me suspicious as to the true source of the letter and whether it is coming from a legitimate organisation. My first impression is that it is a scam.
Have you investigated these organisations and whether they in fact do what they claim to do?
I hope you are able to find the answers you need. I would definitely be careful in any response given to this email, if at all.
