Hi,I would advise you not for some reasons: 1- The country is so crowded and getting very expensive recently without any control from government which make you at the end wondering where did you spend your money. As you know Qatar is going to own world cup 2022 so the whole infrastructure of the country is under renewal. 2- The amount of dust in the air will cause some breathing problems. 3- finding school is a big challenge here and the fees are very high. 4- renting is also high and going up every day (this affect other services cost as well) 5- entertainment is less in Qatar and a bit boring in the weekends ( you find yourself just sitting at home and watch T.V. like most of the people here) 6- Car accidents is so frequent and people are so stressed while driving. 7- I have been in many places and the only good thing in Qatar is the security which you safe most of the time 8- i know Canada weather is bad but it is also bad here as you get very high temperature and humidity during the summer ( it last 7 months this year) last but not least, i see people moving out from Qatar into Canada and honestly i dont recommend vise versa. i hope you search before make the big move
