Hi all, Me and my family are moving from Barcelona to Oslo next August´14. I am looking for best places and áreas to live with the family and, of course not very expensive. Could you please let me know best areas in the city, suburbs and/or little villages close to Oslo with good transport connection to the city center?? Many thanks, Belén

Hi Belén

We have a few pages that should help you. Accommodation in Oslo and Areas and Suburbs in Oslo will help with finding out about real estate practices and different parts of the city.

You can also have a look at Accommodation in Norway that gives a more general overview of the process of finding and securing housing in the country.

We also have a Getting Around in Oslo page.

Hope these help, and that you have a succesful move.

Best,

Xavier
