I got a job offer in Oman and the salary is 300 OR - is this enough ?

Also, I am vegetarian. Will there be food available for me? Do restaurants in Oman cater for veggies ?

Hi Mahesh

Whether the salary will be enough for you, depends on your own expectations and the lifestyle you're used to. Have a look at our Cost of Living in Oman guide to get a better idea of what you can expect.

After doing some research, it seems like you won't have too much of a problem with sustaining a vegetarian lifestyle, and there are restaurants to cater to your dietary requirements.

Hope everything works out,

Xavier
