Hi

I would like to know if anyone knows about the public transport in Doha. Is it good? Will I be able to use it to commute to work in the city? Or do I need my own car? Thanks.

Hi Smith

Public transport in Doha is limited. There is a public bus system but it is rarely used by expats. Most expats use taxis, have their own cars, or employ a driver. Having a driver is a good option as driving in Doha can be chaotic and even dangerous.

Have a look at Getting around in Doha for more information on public transport and driving in the city.

Best of luck
