Hello All, Presently, I am living in India and planning to move to Prague for work. I have offer letter from the company. I also have German Residence Permit which is valid till next year. Do I have to apply for Czech work visa in India only? Or as I am already having a german residence permit, I should go to prague and then apply for work visa there. And any idea of the procedure for getting the work visa? Any kind of help is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there,

As your situation is quite complext I would enquire about the process at the nearest Czech embassy as they will be able to give you the latest information. Things like this change all the time.

You can read the Visas for the Czech Republic for some background information as well.

Good luck
