my husband just under gone the medical required by the LMRA but sadly the findings says that he have a TB (tuberculosis), actually he had a history and it left a scar in his lungs. so everytime he does an xray it always shows up. we are positive that its just the scar that they saw in the xray. so what we did was we went to a pulmonologist specialist and asked for a second opinion. And all his test came out negative. my question is, will the ministry of health honor that findings cause obviously the health center that did the medical for my husband gave the wrong findings. the biggest problem is the LMRA orders him to leave the country immediately. Honestly me and our daughter waited for 6yrs before we can bring him here. 6 years of being apart is not easy. 6 yrs that my daughter waited for him. she didnt see him since she was a baby. and she us 6 yrs old now. thats why i wanted to know if there is still hope in his case. i hope someone here can help me. thank you. God bless you all
