Private Gastroenterologist in Barcelona?

I am finding it very hard to find any kind of list of english speaking Gastroenterologists who take private appointments. I have only found Teknon who for first consultation charge 320 euros and not even with the gastroenteroligist. Surely there are more available in this city and hopefully less than 200 for a consultation? Anybodys help would be much appreciated.
