Hello all, 

I am moving to Seoul, South Korea later in this year as an expat. 

I am wondering how much of accommodation budget is needed to live in Seoul usually, as a single expat (age 32 with no family accompanying). I am thinking to live in one of serviced residences/apartments in Seoul with convenience. 

Where do most of young expats live in Seoul? If so, what is the range of the budget should I be aware?

I was accepted at a Czech University. I live in Argentina, but I have dual citizenship (Argentina/Spain). So technically I am a EU citizen, but have no European Healthcare, since I never lived in Spain. What kind of Health Insurance should I get once I get to Czech Republic? I assume the EU  is cheaper than the one for foreigners...is that correct?

I am thinking of joining a new company being started in Ireland. How long do Visas take for those outside thee EU?

My son is 15 years old and is finalizing his year 9 now, he is an English Speaker and we are moving to Germany in a couple of months. What is the best schooling option for him with my ultimate goal in mind which is to join a German university? I asked in a couple of IB schools but one replied that he will not be able to join German university as they require at least level B2 and he will not be able to achieve that in 3 years studying in IB. Any options do I have? Please advise.

I am flying to Spain next week, and will be living there permanently. I have not had my covid vaccination yet. As an expat, and non-EU national, how can I get a covid vaccination in Spain? Do I need to register with a doctor to get into the system? Do you know if the state pays it, or if I am charged? Is there some kind of registration system for getting vaccinated as a foreigner in Spain? Kind regards, Tom

Hello, my family and I plan on moving to the Philippines. Can anyone advise on the medical facilities available in the country? Is private healthcare in the Philippines of a high standard? I have read that the cost of living is relatively low in the Philippines, and even private medical care can be reasonable. I would love to work in Italy specifically Milan to gain experience. I am from Canada so I speak English, French and Italian ( immigrant parents) , I have a lot of work experience.

I'm 20 and currently have a residency visa via my father's job in Dubai. I'm studying in Pakistan right now and a few weeks ago have gotten Oral herpes (HSV 1). I'm aware that Dubai deports people with HIV/AIDS but what about HSV 1? Will my residency visa be cancelled if I try to visit Dubai? I'm not working at Dubai as mentioned earlier, I'm sponsored by my father instead. 

Hello all, I'm thinking of accepting a job offer in Dallas which implicates moving from Portugal to Dallas with my wife and 5-year-old daughter who doesn't speak English. Considering this, I would like to know if there are international elementary schools teaching in Portuguese. I can only find German and French.
