Expats won’t have any problem moving their belongings to Belgium. There are many different companies offering removal services and shipping to Belgium and it’s major cities. Costs generally vary according to the volume of goods and the specified length of time involved in shipping. Airfreight can be fast but is must more expensive than shipping.
 

The European Union (EU) Pet Passport has been in force since October 2004 and currently covers the movement of dogs, cats and ferrets only. No animal will be permitted access to Belgium from another EU country without this Pet Passport. Other animals are subject to national legislation. Animals entering Belgium from outside the EU must be identifiable and accompanied by official documentation along the lines of the EU Pet Passport.
