Kids in Frankfurt

By claire - Posted on 15 December 2009

Expats with families relocating to Frankfurt should not that this is not the most exciting city for children to move to, but there are a number of great attractions and activities to keep the little ones entertained. Explore the Big Cat Jungle at the Frankfurt Zoo with the kids, or take them to explore the Children’s Museum where kids can learn in an interactive and fun way about the geology, biology and architecture of Frankfurt, while the Senckenberg Museum of Natural History is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a wonderfully fascinating place to take the kids for the day – you won’t regret it. On warmer days, pack the kids and a picnic and head to Palmengarten to enjoy the wide open spaces, while the Rebstock Bath slides and pools will cool the little ones off and tire them out.
