Budapest’s weather is characterised by a continental climate. Winters are cold and hover between 0 °C (32 °F) and -15°C (5 °F), while the summers tend to be hot with moderate humidity and evening rain showers, temperatures range between 27 °C (80.6 °F) and 35 °C (95 °F). Autumn and spring temperatures are mild. Autumn’s changing leaves and the numerous flowers and buds in spring are particularly beautiful in the parks dotted around the city.
