Bangkok is a friendly and cosmopolitan city brimming with wonderful attractions and activities for people of all persuasions. The RCA area boasts a block of trendy and pumping clubs while Khao San road is known as not only a backpacker’s paradise, but also a great place for expats to come together and have a good time at the local clubs and bars.

Expats looking to do a spot of shopping in Bangkok will have no problem finding what they’re looking for. Bangkok’s wide variety of shopping malls, markets and independent stores will leave even the most desperate shop-a-holic weak at the knees from exhaustion. Khao San road is also brimming with stalls selling all the counterfeit clobber you could dream of, the MBK Shopping Centre supplies just about everything from clothing and jewellery to toys and electronics, while the Chatuchak Market is the world’s largest weekend market with 9000 stalls selling absolutely everything under the sun – not to be missed!
