Cappadocia in Central Turkey is world famous for its landscape of volcanic rock houses and chimneys and subterranean cities; to the south the 'Turquoise Coast' is a postcard of beaches and coves. Then there’s the ancient cities of Troy and Ephesus, with ample evidence Turkey’s ancient glory.
