Amy is trained in the Polestar Pilates method for the Mat series (I-III). Her background is that of a dancer, and she is now exploring the way in which Pilates can help dancers, as well as non-dancers, in their everyday lives. She's interested in analysing each Pilates exercise and breaking them down in order to fit individual needs. In her classes, she gives great attention to detail and makes sure that each student has a proper version of each exercise that will suit him or her best.
