Is it necessary for a property to have central heating in Cyprus?

if so Is it gas via mains or a refillable cylinder?

Thanks

Steve

I would definetely go for central heating, as usually houses arent very well insulated and winters can be cool indoors. We have gas bottle but there are other options, electricity oil etc..

Hi Steve,

Murph has given you a good answer, and if you are interested in other housing matters, utilities (including water), recommended neighbourhoods and info on the options available, you can check out the Expat Arrivals page, Accommodation in Cyprus. Are you interested in buying or renting property in Cyprus?

Kind regards,
