Background

With bilingual instruction in English and French and a robust mother tongue programme, language proficiency is emphasised and nurtured at the International School of Geneva. The school is extremely diverse, home to students of 140 nationalities speaking 80 different mother tongues.

The school has three campuses. The La Grande Boissière campus is for primary, middle and secondary students; the La Châtaigneraie campus is for primary and secondary students; and Campus des Nations is for early years, primary and secondary students.

The International School of Geneva is a non-selective school and, provided there is space, accepts new students up to May each year. However, the earlier an application is made, the higher the chance it will be accepted. Applications can be made online and are processed centrally at the Admissions Office at the La Grande Boissière campus.
