Background
Founded in 1996 with just six teachers and 13 students, the Canadian International School (CIS) today has a thriving student body of over 700 students of more than 40 different nationalities. The school places importance on the use of technology in education and runs a 1:1 iPad programme from Grades 6 to 12. In 2017, CIS was named as India's first Apple Distinguished School.
Applications are accepted year round. There are scholarships available for IGCSE and International Baccalaureate students. CIS is certified by the Council of International Schools and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
