I suggest you contact the Registrar General's Department in Ghana to see if they are a registered company. They claim to have also opened an office in the UK, so it may be worth contacting the business registry offices in the UK to find out if they are registered there as well.
UPDATE: According to the testimonies below, Mastela Construction is a scam. If you are visiting this thread in search of information please read this entire thread.
Unless you are a particularly qualified individual, remember that it is highly unlikely that you will be recruited from overseas without you applying for the job at the company or at the very least uploading your CV to recruitment/job-hunting websites. If you have made no recent attempt to look for work then you should be especially wary.
It is ESPECIALLY unlikely that the company is legitimate if their emails are riddled with spelling mistakes, not on proper letterheads or without email signatures, and you are asked to pay big "admin fees" to secure a job! No proper employer will ask you to pay money in order for them to give you a job. It should be the employer's responsibility to handle your relocation and admin costs if they have recruited you from overseas. The only exception is that you might need to be prepared to pay your visa fees once you have secured a contract. But these fees will be paid to your local embassy - NOT wired overseas to the company.
