Been an investment banker in NYC for the last few years and now going for a job interview in Sweden, anything in particular I should know?

Well, if you're going for a job interview in Sweden, most likely you've already been shortlisted - so keep that in mind. The next most important thing to know is that the most important part of conducting business in Sweden is egalitarianism - or the idea that everyone is the same. So even high level senior managers will dress the same as low-level workers and often give the lesser employees the chance to make decisions and have their say as well. It follows that the worst thing you can do in an interview is brag about all your achievements. It's important to reference your experience and your skill level, but make a conscious effort not to come accross as arrogant and egotistical. This will be looked down upon. Swedes are also big on their personal space. A firm handshake at the initital start of the interview paired with eye contact is great, but otherwise, no touching. Dress conservatively, but don't wear your most expensive suit nor your most ostentatious gold watch. For additional advice check out this article - Expat Interview Skills.
