Dear Friends,

I am in a phase to finalize an job offer in the Netherlands location.

Offer details: Basic Salary : EURO 3000 Net + annual bonus + Furnished accommodation with paid up utility bills+ LTA+ Car & fuel+ insurance+Mobile & internet bill Please let me know is it a good offer for a family of three.

Hi Vikram, 

I think the package you've been offered is pretty good. 

You didn't mention where exactly you would be located in the Netherlands but accommodation in the Hague and Amsterdam is very expensive. You would be looking to pay out at least EUR 1,500 for a three-bedrrom apartment. In any case accommodation will be your biggest expense will be 

Being provided with a car and fuel is also great. 

Depending on the age of your child you might want to consider going back to the employer and asking for a schooling allowance. Fees at international schools are high and you would be paying around EUR 14,000 per year.

Ultimatley, whether EUR 3,000 is enough to support your family will depend on your lifestyle and wether you want to indulge or save instead.

Hi Shantalie , Thanks for the suggestions.. It's in Amsterdam..House rent will be paid by employer.. Schooling fees will also be paid by the employer. our expenses may be on food,outing etc. Please suggest, Thanks. Vikram
