Where are the best places for expats to live in the Netherlands?

Can anyone suggest or advise some suitable aras for expats moving to Holland?

Some of the best places for expats are Bergkwartier, Leusderkwartier, the BinnenStad/Muurhuizen (inner city), and also Hoogland, Nieuwland and Vathorst which are the newer areas of the city to the north. Overall the Hague, Amsterdam and Rotterdam are all major expat hubs. You might want to add the town of Zoetermeer which is getting popular among expats.
