Expats living in Ireland will find that, while there are a few good options when it comes to international schools in Dublin, the selection available is noticeably smaller than in other major European cities. The main reason for this is that the Irish public education system offers free and high-quality education to all children living in the country, and many expats choose to send their children to a local public school.
Nevertheless, expats who would prefer to send their children to an international school in the city still have a number of excellent institutions to choose from.
