Background

With a history going back to 1912, Shanghai American School is a prominent provider of quality education in the city. There are two sprawling campuses; across both, there are over 2,900 students representing 40 nationalities.

The school's Early Childhood programme is inspired by the Reggio Emilia framework, and older students study the American curriculum (including Advanced Placement courses) or the International Baccalaureate.
