Job Offer as a Civil Engineer Expat

Hi! I just want to ask for an advice. I was interviewed and got an offer from New Life Construction Ltd. as a Civil Engineer Expat for a project called Polmadie Bridge Repair. I don't have much of an experience as a Civil Engineer, just 3 yrs total of exp as an Assistant Engineer and as an Assistant Civil QS. So, their offer was really tempting becausde they're offering 105 GBP per hour, they would be shouldering all the processing fees, RT airfare tickets, travel assistance, working visa etc. But what made me hesitant is that they recommended an apartment website and they are asking me to book an accommodation there for at least 1 month. According to them, it's a requirement for the issuance of residence permit that is needed by the immigration office. I looked up their suggested apartment online (see merrihome.online) but I can't find it anywhere on Google maps, etc. Another thing, the company logo of New Life Construction Ltd. is the same as the company logo of BABA Construction Ltd. Both of them are registered on Gov.UK, so I am really confused about this job offer's legitimacy. I want to clarify, is it really required for an Expat to pay for 1 month accommodation in advance before they can process the required documents at the immigration office? Please help me.
