I hope someone can answer this ASAP.

My husband works in Dubai I live in uk with two of our children. He can not come to uk without a visa. But he only has two months left of his work visa before renewal which Isn't a problem but untill the work visa has not been renewed for over six months he cannot apply for visa to uk to visit us as Dubai needs to know he is returning to UAE.

My main question is he has two months before his work visa need renewing, can he renew it 2 months before?!?!?! Or will he have to cancel work visa and re-apply for a fresh work via to be able to have more the 6 months on it!?!?!?!?!? But can he renew it two months before Dubai work visa???? Urgent plz.

He can renew the visa within 6 months before expiry. This is a typical situation many of us professionals face, and solve it by renewing the visa ahead of time. I travel to neighboring GCC countries frequently on work, so I have done this for myself on more than one occasion.
