Unfortunately there are no Russian-speaking schools in South Africa. The first thing I would do is to contact the Ukrainian and Russian embassies to see if they have any suggestions.
I would highly recommend you try and get your child speaking English as soon as possible, especially if you intend on staying in the country for a while.
You will, however, be happy to know that there is a fairly large Eastern European community in the country, which might be a source of support for you.
