Dear All,
Please help me as I am confused in laws of Dubai. I worked for a company under husband's visa but due to personal reason left the job without notice period in probation period. Now employer has filed a complaint against me and he is asking me to pay labour card charges. Please let me now whether I should pay the charges or will MOL impose ban on me?
Regards, Pranali

Depending on where you were working, you are best to discuss directly with the free zone. Generally contracts allow for either party to terminate without notice during probation but it really depends on the contract you have; it's worth reading through carefully.
