CFA 400,000 is about AED 3,000 per month. I think you may struggle on that salary, especially if the employer is unable to provide you with accommodation.
Accommodation is always the largest expense for an expat living overseas. In Abu Dhabi a 2 bedroom apartment will cost at least AED 11,000 per month. Even if you were to share that with someone it would cost around AED6,000 per month which is well above what you'd be earning. These are the prices for an average expat area but you might find places cheaper.
You'll also need to get a car to get around in Abu Dhabi and thats an expense you'll need to factor in.
