Now that I'm settled in to life in BC, I think I should start trying out some of the local cuisine! Can anyone recommend some good restaurants in Vancouver for me?  I like all kinds of food!

Vancouver's got some great restaurants. Any of these will be good: For French, try Lumiére For seafood, try Blue Water cafe or the Cannery For Greek, Pasparos Taverna For Japanese, try Guu with Garlic For a mix, try Glowbal Grill Bon appetit!
