Hi hassanchaeaib, as with the previous comment threads, it's best to check out our Cost of Living in Abu Dhabi for a break down of what you can expect to pay. Your ability to save all depends on your own personal lifestyle and expenses. The fact that you have an accommodation and transport allowance helps a lot when it comes to these expenses, which are likely to be your biggest expenses - unless you have kids of school-going age - then this will also prove to be expensive.

Dear Hassan Lets break down your monthly salary package and see how you fair 1.Basic Salary 11000 AED plus 2.Accomodation :5450 AED per month 3. 184 AED monthly ticket Allowance 4. 2500 AED monthly transporation allowance 5. 301 AED monthly phone allowance 6.35 days paid leave yearly, life insurance and medical treatment. With a monthly salary of AED 11,000 and most of your other expenses taken care, the only thing you need to worry about is your food expenses since even the car loans can be taken care by the travel allowance. If you are single and go out almost 4 days a week then your max expenditure would be AED 5000 per month and if you are a family you will have your grocery bills as AED 2000 per month and AED 800 towards utilities,AED 300 of mobile allowance will cover only local calls and you can add another 300 for your international calls, so if you are lavish you can save around 4 to 5k a month and if you are frugal can easily save around 7 to 8 a month. In saudi it will be easy to save because there are not much options to spend, but in Dubai its just the opposite. So it all depends on how frugal you can live. Dear Jazeel, I am sorry to disturb you again but i need your assistance concerning the security background check in Abu Dhabi since you are a resident there. Yesterday, I got an email from the employer HR representative that i didn't pass the background check and then they can't proceed further with my recruitment application. I need you advice in this matter since i am very surprised why they should reject my application bearing in mind that i am living in Saudi Arabia since 5 years and all my records are clear. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and assistance.
