Yes, no problem. My wife and I have lived in Saudi for the past 9 months and have travelled back and forward to UK many times with our kindles.

Yip, there shouldn't be any problem taking it into Saudi - although they are unlikely to check, just remember that certain materials are banned such as pornographic content, content relating to religious conversion of Muslims etc. - so ensure any of the content on your kindle is not offensive.
