Pls I just got a mail from my prospective employer informing me that they are putting my position on hold due to some re-organizational changes, and also they will communicate to me if there are new updates, am just worried cos the mail is not clear, i need interpretation considering that i have been waiting for my joining date with them. Hi Coly-

Can you be more specific about your question? What exactly do you need clarification about? It seems like your joining date is going to be pushed back into the future, depending on how long this "re-organisation" will take. Without knowing the logistics of your relationship with the company it's hard to advise much further. Perhaps you should start looking for another job so long, if you can't afford to wait.
