Being from Pakistan you are able to travel to Qatar and receive a 14 day visa on arrival. Subsequently this visa can be renewed for a futher 14 days at a cost of QAR 100. This is simply a tourist visa and simply allows you entry into the country but no rights to take up employement.

As 28 days is not much time to find and secure a job, it would be good for you to do your research and possibly apply for some jobs beforehand.
