Hello everybody,
I am french and I want to move abroad to find a job and to learn an other language. My question is where?? I hesitate between England to improve my english and with Spain to learn spanish.
Otherwise everything is planed, I already found a transport removal company called RGTS they are able to ship in all western europe for really good prices, I have some friends in both contries so the acomodation is not a problem for me at the begining, the thing is where to go?

I think you need to weigh up the pros and cons of each option before you make your final decision. I'd advise you to consider the cost of living as it differs between Spain and England and also within each country. For instance if you choose to go to the UK bear in mind that the cost of living in say Manchester is much less than in London.
In addition to you budget, consider your own personal interests and see which destination has the most to offer you. You also mentioned that you wanted to find a job while abraod, in that case you will need to do some research and see which country has the best options within your field of expertise.
Take a look at country guides on moving to the UK and moving to Spain to get a better idea of expat life in both countries.
Good luck with making your decision and enjoy your time abroad.
