Does anyone have input regarding bringing our dog to Malaysia for a two year assignment? Housing availability, quarantine information? Thanks so much.

Hi, Some places do not allow pets but some do. You will certainly be able to find a place that allows pets. Quarantine is only 7 days (I don't think they do it to see whether the pet is sick but just as a way to make some money) but do visit your pet because you cannot reply on the quarantine people to look after a pet adequately even for a week. My cat wasn't offered water and nearly died of dehydration. For Muslims, dogs are haram, and thus they generally want to avoid them.
