Hello sir.I over stayed two years in Abdhabi and wen I was going back was caught at the airport and serverd my sentence and I came back but they never put anything in ma passport so can I go back through a company and work?its now 6months since I came back toa country.thanks

Unfortunately UAE visa regulations can be inconsistently applied and there is a lot of conflicting information regarding bans.

If you have no documentation at all, then it is possible that the authorities will consider your stay in the country to be illegal.

I'd recommend you contact immigration to sort this out as soon as possible since you would need the right documents to get a job in Abu Dhabi.

I would have a look at our Visas for Abu Dhabi and Work Permits for Abu Dhabi pages to get an idea of what you would need to legally work in the country.
